There is this method used in catching fishes using an artificial bait to lure fishes called Fly Fishing. It is sometimes done either in fresh or salt water. What you need are appropriate tools to help you do this type of fishing.
You will be dropping the fly water and make succeeding movements to attract fishes; you don’t lure but cast a line in the water. The tools you need in Fly Fishing are the following: scissors, clamps, pliers not also to forget nippers, files and retractors. Another important thing that will not be disregarded is a Fly Fishing thread because this is where you tie your artificial bait. You will also need the vise. The vise serves as an extension arm and holds the hook in place.
Fishes that are usually caught by this method of fishing are trout, salmon or steel head, but it is also used on a variety of fishes like pike, bass, carp and a lot of other more. In tying flies it is not difficult as others think it is. What you need is precision like your flying a realistic fly. Moving it the way it strides along the water. You can find this in books, the internet or just by observing. Artificial flies are made out of the fur of a deer, hackle feathers and elk thread tied on a hook to imitate fish prey. Hair from animals will help you copy the natural shape and color of the insect such as the common aquatic insects and bait-fish.
Aside from having the skills you will also need these important tools to help you capture fishes. Once you learn the basic techniques it will give you more fishes and might end up making it a hobby. You can serve the whole family right at your very own dinning table and enjoy your catch of the day form Fly Fishing.
