The water temps have finally come down a bit creating excellant fishing. Grouper have been consistant on rockpiles and ledges in and around 75 feet. We’ve been using large live bait for the best bites. On a recent full day trip my anglers limited outĀ onĀ grouper from 12-20lbs , all Gag’s. After limiting on Grouper we stopped at one of my wrecks in about 100 feet of water and had fun with all the Amberjack they could handle in the 30-40lb range. The Kingfish have also been showing up, we’ve been using free lined live sardines to produce quick action. As October turns to November the fishing should be nothing short of excellant. The inshore bite will also continue to be good for those looking for schooling Redfish on the flats. Thanks for reading- Capt. Brandon
